½ DAY MANUAL HANDLING TRAINING

The Manual Handling training course is suitable for anybody who is involved with manual handling at work, including lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.

The course will be tailored to the delegate and the specifics of their place of work.  Delegates are encouraged to ask questions and participate in the course, making it interactive, memorable and enjoyable.

Principles explained and demonstrated in this course will include:

•  types of injury
•  legal background
•  safe handling
•  good posture		 •  mechanics of movement
•  use of manual handling aids
•  factors affecting injury
•  use of protective equipment

Course fees are as follows….

£225+VAT for up to 2 trainees (on-site)
£275+VAT for up to 5 trainees (on-site)
£325+VAT for up to 10 trainees (on-site)
£POA for more than 10 trainees (on-site)
